| This photo shows Pete Smith's Turner (Known as REX) , The car was first registered in February 1957 registration YAU 187. The original body was at some time damaged in an accident and replaced with the later MKI shell. Rex was in parts when aquired by Pete in 1985 and totally rebuilt by Pete and son's over the following years. The car sports a 1275cc BMC , 40 DCOE Weber carb , 4.2 diff and runs on 14" wheels , and is a regular sight with Pete behind the wheel on the roads of Brittany in France where Pete resides.
